Stone Hearth Estates

Stone Hearth Estates was a recipient of the 2017 Silver National Quality Award. The award is in acknowledgement of quality measures achieved at Stone Hearth and con- tinued commitment to quality improvement. The quality award system has been in place since 1996, it follows a bronze, silver and then gold award process. In 2017 there were 27 Assisted Living Facilities nationwide awarded the Silver. Out of the 27 there were only six facilities independently owned, the remaining winners were corporate affiliated. The first Gold award in the nation for an Assisted Living facility was recognized in 2018.

Prior to receiving the Silver award, Stone Hearth received the Bronze in 2014 as one of only 49 Assisted Living Facilities in the nation that received the National Quality Bronze Award.
